Making Assets Work was commissioned as part of the UK Local Government White Paper Strong and Prosperous Communities. The terms of reference of the review were to find ways to overcome barriers to more community asset management and ownership, taking account of the need to manage risks.

Led by K Bailey Obazee this research looks at the needs of diverse workspace users and advises workspace providers understanding how they can create a more inclusive and stable environment for all artists but especially for Black and People of colour, artists with different abilities, parents who are pregnant or have children and those aged over 60 who are too often left out.
